About Damp Pro & Co
Damp Pro & Co is a family-run company providing damp proofing and related treatments for homes and commercial properties in London. The company says it has more than 30 years of experience. Its services include rising and penetrating damp treatment, mould treatment, wet and dry rot treatment, woodworm treatment, condensation control, basement and structural waterproofing, concrete repairs and plastering.
The company offers a free survey and quotation. It says its team visits clients to discuss damp problems, explain possible options and inspect the property before recommending treatment. For rising damp, it installs a new damp proof course or repairs an existing one. Condensation control options include extractor ventilators, single-room heat recovery ventilators and positive pressure ventilation systems.
The company states that its damp proof courses have a 20-year guarantee, waterproofing and tanking have a ten-year guarantee, and woodworm and dry rot treatments have a 20-year guarantee. Its site also describes a BBA-approved damp proofing system that it says can be ready for painting within two to five days.
