Cut Glass Studio & Philip Bradbury Glass Ltd
Architectural glass design, making and fitting in London
About Cut Glass Studio & Philip Bradbury Glass Ltd
Founded in 2011 by Annahita Hessami, Cut Glass Studio is a London workshop providing architectural glass design, manufacture and installation. It makes contemporary work as well as traditional reproductions and restorations.
Its stained glass uses traditional leaded-light techniques, from hand-drawn cartoons and glass cutting to leading. The studio also uses glass painting, sandblasting, fusing, copper foiling and acid etching. It can replace cracked pieces in place or restore panels by cleaning and re-leading them.
The studio makes bespoke etched door and window panels to measure, including fanlights and repeat patterns. Its fitting service can include removing existing lead lights, temporary glazing and installation. Fitting is usually quoted separately.
