CS LOFTS
Loft conversion specialists in South London and Kent
About CS LOFTS
CS Lofts is a family-run firm specialising in loft conversions across South London and Kent. It offers dormer, hip-to-gable, L-shaped, mansard and rooflight conversions, including projects for bungalows and suitable maisonettes. The company says its team has built hundreds of lofts.
It offers a free survey and written quote. Its in-house architect and structural engineer prepare drawings and calculations, while a dedicated project manager oversees planning, building control and construction. At completion, the team addresses agreed snags and arranges a building control inspection certificate.
The company offers a fixed-price contract, subject to requested extra work or an existing issue that needs resolving. Contracts specify the build duration, with £500 deducted for each week beyond it. Loft conversions carry a 10-year guarantee, and the company says it is fully insured.
