CREST Projects Ltd
Builders for extensions, lofts and renovations in London
About CREST Projects Ltd
Crest Projects provides construction and renovation services across London, including loft conversions, house extensions and whole-home renovations. Its renovation work includes kitchen and bathroom upgrades. The company says it has specialised in bespoke building services since 2004.
The team offers support from design and planning through construction and completion. Crest Projects says it has in-house architects and engineers, and uses 3D visualisations to show clients their ideas before work begins. A project manager and site supervisor oversee each job.
For renovations, the company works with clients on designs, materials, storage, lighting and layout. It says its projects are managed to agreed timelines and budgets, with transparent communication throughout. Clients can request a free consultation to discuss the work and available options.
Crest Projects states that workmanship is fully guaranteed and that projects are insured under secure contracts. Its site advertises a 10-year guarantee. Work includes homes across West and South West London, with listed locations such as Ealing, Chiswick, Hanwell, Richmond, Fulham and Wimbledon.

What customers say
Michael and the team at Crest completed an extension and loft conversion for us in Jan this year. Having heard people's experiences of this kind of work with other builders, we were worried about the issues we might run in to. We need not have worried, Michael and the team completed our project on time, to a high standard...
Crest were very flexible, listened to us and understood what we wanted. They were also able to make useful suggestions to further our intentions. We are loving our new living space.
I moved into a 130 year old house that needed upgrading and renovation. I was really lucky to find Crest projects. Michael helped me organize and budget what needed to be done.
