About Cranbrook Basement Design & Construction
Cranbrook is a family-owned company specialising in basement design and construction. It has worked on clients’ homes for more than 40 years and also undertakes residential remodelling. Its options range from construction to design and build, turnkey projects, white-box finishes and shell-and-core basements.
The company says it employs its own site teams and time-served tradespeople, with project management across design and construction. Its in-house architectural team prepares plans and technical specifications; turnkey work can include planning, engineering and interior fit-out. Clients can arrange an initial consultation in person or by video call.
