Loft conversions and house extensions around North London
About Cox Format Developments Ltd.
Cox Format Developments Ltd specialises in loft conversions and house extensions around North London. It says it has traded for more than 35 years and works with homeowners from the first enquiry through planning and construction to the final finish.
The firm offers property visits to discuss design and budget, structural advice and help with planning applications and local authority permissions. It says its quotes cover a fixed scope and that it does not add extras unless the client asks for more work. Interior finishing can form part of a conversion or extension.
Peter Maton is named as a director. The company says many of its tradespeople are directly employed and trained from apprenticeship level. It states that work is insured and guaranteed, with a Build Assure backed warranty available on its jobs.
