Collective Construction LTD
Kitchen and bathroom fitting in Camden and North London
About Collective Construction LTD
Camden Kitchens & Bathrooms designs, supplies and installs kitchens and bathrooms across Camden and North London. The company also undertakes home renovations, extensions and conversions, coordinating trades such as plumbing, electrics, tiling, flooring, plastering, carpentry and decorating.
Founders Seda Capan and Simon Bailey personally manage projects. The company says its tradespeople have worked together for over 15 years, with a network of specialists including architects, structural engineers, surveyors and interior designers.
Each project starts with a conversation and home visit, followed by a survey and a clear, itemised quote with options. The team helps with layout and material choices, provides a written schedule, protects floors and routes, and cleans down each day.
At the end of the work, the team walks through the completed room with the customer and records any final adjustments. The company describes an aftercare service and workmanship guarantee.
