Colin Lynch Builders

Colin Lynch Builders is a family-run company carrying out domestic building and maintenance work in Enfield and North London. Its services include extensions, loft conversions, house refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general building work. It also lists plumbing, heating, roofing, electrical work, carpentry, plastering, brickwork, tiling, decorating, windows and doors, groundworks and garden landscaping.

Established in 1979 by Colin Lynch, the company is now run by Paul Lynch. It offers a free initial consultation and no-obligation quotation, and manages projects from start to finish, coordinating the trades involved. For larger builds, it can help with design or work with an architect chosen by the client; a site manager remains at the property and provides progress updates.

The company says all building work has a 12-month guarantee. New window installations have a stated 10-year limited materials warranty, one-year hardware warranty and five-year limited glass warranty. It also states that it holds public and employer’s liability insurance.
