City Lofts London
Loft conversions and extensions in London
About City Lofts London
City Lofts London designs and builds loft conversions and house extensions. It works on residential projects and describes an approach covering consultation, quote, design and build. Its process can include a site survey, written report, architectural drawings and planning approval before construction.
The company describes itself as an established family-run business with 45 years of building experience. Its in-house Architecture 100 practice provides architectural planning and design. The company says the build is covered by a Federation of Master Builders works contract and a ten-year structural warranty.
Customers can request a free quote. The company says its quotations are detailed and will not increase midway through the project. Its area page lists locations in London and nearby counties.

City Lofts took time to really understand my circumstances and I appreciated that. The extra value they give you is just incredible, and they were worth every penny.
We had always wanted to do a project like this. It is fair to say they made our dream come true.
