Christopher David Design
Residential architecture and design in Surrey
About Christopher David Design
Christopher David Design is a Surrey-based residential architecture studio offering architecture, interior and landscape design for homes. Its work includes barn and basement conversions, extensions, listed buildings, new-build homes and whole-property renovations. The team also works on country homes and estates across Surrey, London and the South East.
The studio guides clients from the first brief and concept sketches through measured surveys, planning applications, technical drawings, tendering and construction. It manages renovation and build projects, liaises with builders and trades, monitors progress, and helps keep the design, budget and timeline aligned.
Clients can request a free consultation to discuss their project. The studio works with a network of contractors and specialists and invites up to six trusted contractors to tender for a project. Its work includes heritage homes, new builds, family extensions and landscape design.

What customers say
Chris and his team were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. We found the company through the planning portal and were impressed by his knowledge. Chris came up with some creative designs for our kitchen extension of our Victorian townhouse. We are overly very impressed. Would use this service again!
Christopher and his team helped us on every step of the project. From initial designs, planning through to tendering and the build.
Christopher and his team created our beautiful family home. We commissioned the studio to design our new home and it’s interior. They’ve done an amazing job and are now designing our garden… we can’t wait to see the complete project. Highly recommend!
