CAPSTONE DEVELOPMENTS LTD.

Capstone Developments provides construction, refurbishment and property maintenance for residential and commercial clients in London and surrounding areas. Krishan Pattni founded the family-run company in 2013 after leaving finance and starting residential projects with a small team.

Its listed maintenance and improvement services include electrical installation, plumbing and heating, heating renewal, boiler installation, gas works, responsive repairs, carpentry, plastering, tiling and bricklaying. The company also undertakes construction and refurbishment projects, including residential renovations and commercial developments.

Krishan oversees projects with a team covering delivery, planning and logistics, site management, project management, and design and structural consultancy. As main contractor, Capstone coordinates its own staff and subcontractors, explains project stages from planning to clean-up, and says it works to clients’ specifications and budgets.
