About C & C Contractors (London) Ltd
C&C Contractors (London) Ltd is a family-run building and refurbishment company established in 1992. Graham and Toni Richards lead the business, which opened its Rainham office in 1999. It works across London, Essex and the Home Counties for homeowners, schools, care facilities, commercial clients and heritage properties.
Residential work includes extensions, loft and garage conversions, new builds, kitchen and bathroom refits, wet rooms and full home refurbishments. The company also undertakes structural alterations, RSJ installations, groundworks, roofing and exterior repairs, and plumbing, heating and electrical work. Its team includes experienced tradespeople, and all staff undergo enhanced DBS checks.
