Byrne Group is a UK construction company offering integrated work from demolition and groundworks through structural construction, new-build, refurbishment and fit-out. Its companies include Byrne Bros., Byrne Demolition, Byrne Groundworks and Ellmer.
The group was established in 1969 by Patsy and Johnny Byrne. WBHO acquired a minority stake in 2017 and became the majority shareholder in 2018. Byrne Groundworks undertakes excavation, foundations, drainage and enabling works.
The company works across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, hospitality, retail, light industrial and sport and leisure projects. Its London consolidation centre supports projects across Greater London.
