About Building Vision London Ltd

Building Vision London carries out building, refurbishment and property-maintenance work for homeowners, landlords and businesses. Projects include new builds, extensions, loft, basement and garage conversions, whole-property renovations, listed-building restoration and high-rise remedial work. Its maintenance trades also cover electrical work, roofing, glazing, bathrooms, plumbing, heating, drainage, decorating, carpentry, gardens and handyman jobs.

Maciej and Tomasz established the company in 2009. It says it employs 15 tradespeople and has been a Federation of Master Builders member since 2014. For listed buildings it works with architects, designers and building control, from planning and approvals through to completion.

For building projects, the team discusses the client’s ideas and budget, provides a preliminary budget, then manages trades and materials on site and keeps the client updated. The company says it aims to work to agreed times and budget with minimal disruption.
