About Build & Refurb Associates Ltd
Build & Refurb Associates is a family-run property refurbishment company with more than 30 years of experience. It works on home renovations, reconfigurations, extensions and loft conversions, as well as kitchens, bathrooms and garden offices or gyms.
The company offers design and build through associated specialists, and can also quote against existing drawings. It works with architects, surveyors, structural engineers and party wall surveyors. Free, no-obligation quotations can be arranged with a surveyor.
Projects follow a plan covering the build process, supplier deliveries and completion dates. For kitchen extensions, the company says it provides temporary kitchen facilities and access to a washing machine at the end of each day. It also offers bathroom design and fitting, including wet rooms, and interior decorating and wallpaper hanging.
