Build & Create Construction Ltd
Home renovations, extensions and loft conversions in Blackheath
About Build & Create Construction Ltd
Build & Create Construction renovates homes in south-east London, including kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions and new builds. It works on contemporary and historic properties, retaining original features where possible and sourcing suitable replacements when needed.
Founded by Clinton Ham, the company has more than three decades of construction and development experience. As managing director, Ham remains hands-on from consultation to final inspection, supported by tradespeople and a network of architects, designers, engineers and other specialists.
Projects start with a no-obligation home consultation to discuss ideas and assess the space. The team develops plans, agrees a contract and assigns a project manager. It aims to minimise disruption and completes a snagging list with the homeowner.
At handover, the team tests the work, arranges a deep clean and supplies documents and certificates. Free consultations include measurements, design and material discussion, an estimate and timeline. The company states that it has public liability insurance.
