Brandon Groundworks provides groundworks, piling, underpinning and basement construction for homeowners, architects and businesses. Its work includes reinforced concrete ground beams, slabs, columns and retaining walls, below-ground drainage, soakaways, hardscaping and driveways. The company also carries out traditional and reinforced concrete underpinning, including subsidence work.

Established in 2010, the company grew from a six-person team to more than 20 members. Its founder studied civil engineering in Ireland, worked as an assistant site engineer on reinforced concrete projects and later moved into contracts management before establishing the business.

For piling projects, the company describes a process starting with a site visit, foundation design and soil investigation. It can undertake piling and foundation design in-house, or work to a client’s engineer’s drawings. After an estimate is approved, the team installs the piles and clears arisings and equipment from the site. It invites homeowners to ask questions, request a quotation or arrange a visit.
