Bradley Building Services
Residential building, extensions and renovations in London and Surrey
About Bradley Building Services
Bradley Building Services is a family-run residential design-and-build company working in London and Surrey. It takes on new builds, house extensions, loft conversions, renovations and refurbishments, and also serves commercial clients. The company was founded by Colin Bradley in 1985; his son Brad is now co-director.
The in-house design team and tradespeople work with homeowners and architects. The process starts with a project discussion and site visit, followed by a detailed proposal covering scope, materials and labour allowances. A project manager keeps clients updated during the build, and the team carries out a final walk-through when the work is complete.
The company says its work comes with a 10-year guarantee and relevant certification. Its named service areas include Epsom, Kingston, Raynes Park, Richmond, Surbiton, Wandsworth and Wimbledon.

What customers say
The quote was simple and included everything, which is more than most quotes would include.
Everyone from Bradley was extremely respectful of the fact that we were living here, and making sure that things were secure and clean daily was really good.
We spend 90% of our time in the extension now. It has made our life in our house completely different!
