Borz Construction Ltd
Design-and-build renovations and extensions in London
About Borz Construction Ltd
Borz Construction provides design-and-build, interior design, bespoke joinery and project management in London. It undertakes house refurbishments, structural renovations and high-end fit-outs, as well as basement projects, loft conversions and home extensions. Its extensions include rear, side-return and wrap-around designs.
The company says it oversees projects from conception to completion and can arrange an on-site visit before preparing design ideas. It has a team of builders, architects and engineers, and says its combined building experience exceeds ten years. It provides project deadlines and offers a one-year quality guarantee for construction work.
For build projects, the company says a project manager oversees the work and keeps clients updated. It handles planning and Building Control, and says it signs off only once the client is satisfied.
