Bond Design & Build LTD

Bond is a London-based design and build company specialising in high-end residential construction. Its residential work includes new-build townhouses, terrace renovations, extensions and apartment developments. The portfolio also records apartment and townhouse renovations, a basement conversion and repairs to historic buildings.

The company also takes on commercial construction, including new buildings, office and retail fit-outs, refurbishments, structural modifications, and hospitality and leisure projects. Its team includes construction management, health and safety, operations, site management, quantity surveying, planning and environmental roles.

Bond begins by understanding a client's vision, objectives and programme, then assembles a team for the project. It says clients can often remain in their homes during work, with plans to minimise disruption. The company offers ongoing maintenance and support for more than a year after project completion.
