Bluestone State
Construction, renovation and property maintenance across London
About Bluestone State
Bluestone State carries out construction work across North, East, West and Central London. Its stated services include new builds, extensions, loft conversions, full house renovations, roofing, landscaping and underpinning. The company says it has more than 24 years’ experience and coordinates design, structural work and Building Regulations sign-off.
Projects begin with a consultation and site visit, followed by measured surveys, drawings and specifications. The company says it provides itemised quotes with work packages, payment stages and a programme, then gives weekly progress updates during the build.
It also offers emergency plumbing and drainage work for homeowners, landlords and HMO operators, including unblocking drains, repairing leaks, replacing toilets and radiators, and planned maintenance. The handover includes snagging and certificates or user manuals; the company also describes aftercare, warranties and planned maintenance options.
