About Bluebird Spaces

Bluebird Spaces designs and builds loft conversions, house extensions and property renovations in South West and West London. Its work includes flat refurbishments, from kitchen and bathroom refreshes to full gut-and-refit projects, as well as rear, side-return and wraparound extensions.

Tom and Milen set up the company after working in residential construction. Tom manages work on site, while Milen handles estimates, schedules and client communication. The company coordinates design, planning and building with its managed team and gives each project one point of contact.

The process includes a site visit, written brief and itemised fixed-price quote before work starts. Customers pay for completed work, receive project updates and have a handover with snagging, followed by a six-week aftercare visit. The company states that its work is guaranteed and that it is fully insured and Federation of Master Builders accredited.
