About Blue Sky Developers Ltd - North Finchley
BlueSky Developers undertakes residential refurbishments, renovations, extensions, new builds and basement conversions in London. Its work can include a full house renovation or changes such as a new kitchen or bathroom. The company also offers architectural and interior design, bespoke joinery and development management. It says it was established in 2004.
The company begins with a consultation about the client’s ideas, requirements, budget and deadline. It develops design concepts, prepares a construction programme and provides valuations every two weeks. Clients can choose a flexible payment plan and a contract, and the company says it holds regular meetings to discuss progress.
