About Bloom Builders
Bloom Builders is a London construction company focused on residential renovations, extensions, loft conversions, basements and new builds, with work across South West London. Founder Ross Malone says he has been involved in more than 300 residential projects over 15 years.
The company provides construction and architecture coordination through Malone + Pike Architects, a separate practice. It takes responsibility for coordinating trades, programme, quality and communication, with senior involvement and regular progress reporting.
Clients can expect a consultation, budget and feasibility review, proposal and programme, followed by construction, handover and aftercare. Bloom says it provides structured snagging and clear payment schedules. Its basement work can include structural construction, waterproofing and internal fit-out.
