BISCHELL DESIGN and PM

Bischell provides residential and commercial construction, architecture and design-and-build services in London. Its residential work includes basement and loft conversions, house extensions, refurbishment and new builds. Commercial services include new builds, office and bar refurbishment, and shop fitting. The company has in-house architects, engineers and project managers.

For design-and-build projects, Bischell starts with a consultation and site survey, develops concept designs and planning drawings, and can handle planning and building-control submissions. Before construction it prepares an itemised fixed-price quote and construction programme. A dedicated project manager coordinates the build team, trades, equipment and materials.

The company’s Flawless Delivery promise states that work is delivered on time, on budget and defect-free, with a 12-month warranty; it says an optional lifetime guarantee is available. Bischell also describes a client portal for schedules, changes and collaboration. Its site reports that 80% of clients come through referrals and that 95% of clients continue to use its services.
