BCS - Building Contractor & Services Ltd

BCS Builders is a London design and build company offering house extensions, full renovations, refurbishments and new-build projects. Its renovation work includes kitchens and bathrooms, loft conversions and structural works. The company also lists roofing, plastering and decorating, carpentry and joinery, flooring and tiling. It says it has more than 20 years of industry experience.

For extensions, the team describes a process from consultation and design through planning permissions, construction and a completion inspection. It says it coordinates the project from design to build and keeps clients informed during the work. Its renovation service covers kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home upgrades, with the team managing the work rather than requiring homeowners to coordinate several contractors.

The portfolio includes extensions and renovations across East, North and South London, as well as a completed new-build home. The company describes working with structural engineers on structural reconfigurations and load-bearing reinforcements. It also says its team collaborates with clients on design choices and handles the final walk-through at completion.
