Bashtan Construction
Building and renovating homes across South West London and Surrey
About Bashtan Construction
Bashtan Construction is a family-run building company working across London and Surrey since 2008. It undertakes extensions, loft conversions, basement construction and full home refurbishments, with a focus on Victorian and period properties.
The company offers architectural design and planning services alongside construction, with an in-house design, project management and building team. It says it has completed hundreds of projects and offers free consultations and quotations, including pre-purchase property assessments.
For a build, clients receive a line-by-line quotation, a project manager and a dedicated foreman, with weekly site meetings. The company manages trades, building control, rubbish removal and site maintenance. It says clients retain five per cent of the contract price, with part held until a return visit after six months for settlement cracks or snagging.
