What customers say
The Partnership has previously instructed BAKS to carry out numerous refurbishment projects, dating back to 2019. The projects have ranged from external rendering, office fit outs (CAT A & CAT A+), residential refurbishments, and washroom/ shower room installations.
BAKS LTD continues to act as our building contractor of choice. We have worked with BAKS as our main contractor since 2014 for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new mixed used commercial/residential development with a basement level to currently the installation of a new floor and refurbishment of an existing church building for multipurpose use.
Whilst Working with BAKS we have developed a strong working relationship based on good workmanship and trust.
