About Atelier Khan Ltd
Atelier Khan is a London design and build studio working on homes and mixed-use spaces. It provides architectural design, planning support and construction, either together or as standalone services. Its building work includes refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations and new residential projects. Roofing is delivered as part of construction and refurbishment projects.
The studio starts with a consultation and feasibility work, then prepares planning and technical information before construction. It coordinates engineers and consultants, manages the site and gives regular progress updates. The scope of a design and build appointment is defined before work begins.
Founder Adnan Khan leads the studio, with co-founder Danial Khan overseeing construction and Seungmin Lee leading architectural design. The group also offers property management and aftercare. A separate advisory service helps buyers and developers assess a site before committing to it.
