Ashton Paul is a family-run residential design-and-build company based in Godstone, Surrey. It works on home extensions, loft conversions and full renovations for homeowners across Surrey, London and the South East. The company has delivered architectural services since 2005; its director, Ashton Paul Smythe, is a qualified building surveyor with property-industry experience dating to 1988.
Its seven-step process covers design, approvals, specification, estimating, contracts, construction and post-contract support. The company says it visits at least weekly during building work and returns six months after completion to check the work and arrange for defects to be addressed where needed. It also offers interior design, kitchen renovations and architectural planning.
