The company says standard installations usually take one working day; it confirms the timing before work starts if a job is more complex. Existing boilers are disconnected and removed as part of an installation.

New installations include a magnetic filter and a chemical clean of the central-heating system. A smart thermostat is offered with each new combi boiler. The company says its engineers protect the home during the work and leave the area clean and tidy.
