Another Great Company
Building, renovation and property services in Central London
About Another Great Company
Another Great Group brings together its building, design and development businesses to work on residential and commercial property projects. Its services include extensions, conversions, new builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs.
The business began in 1994 and says it can run multiple projects at once. Its project teams include architects, interior designers, chartered surveyors, structural engineers, project managers and site workers, with a site manager present on site.
Projects range from £500 to £2 million. The company can prepare plans and specifications, arrange planning and building control approvals, manage construction and hand over completed work. Its new-build offer includes a ten-year guarantee through Build Assure or NHBC.
