Andriy Builders Limited

Andriy Builders Limited was established in May 2017 and is directed by Andriy Osadtsa. It works as a plumbing and heating subcontractor for building contractors on domestic renovation projects and larger residential, hotel and serviced-accommodation refurbishments. The company describes work on central heating, hot and cold water systems, underfloor heating, boilers, radiators, water storage and pipework.

Projects include 64 shower rooms, kitchenettes and a heating and hot-water plant room at a listed Camden building; 20 toilets and showers in a Westminster hostel; and plumbing and heating work in an 84-flat Wimbledon refurbishment. At Wimbledon, the work included more than 240 radiators and 84 new shower rooms.

On the Camden project, the director says weekly meetings with the main contractor, mechanical and electrical team and architects helped coordinate drawing changes. The company states that it has £5 million public liability insurance with AXA.
