Founded in 2013 by four industry professionals with more than 100 years’ combined experience, Amvico carries out domestic and commercial construction and maintenance across Greater London and surrounding counties. Its work includes new builds, extensions, renovations and loft conversions, as well as kitchens, bathrooms, gardens, patios and driveways.
The company offers end-to-end construction packages and individual trade services, with design coordination, project delivery and post-construction maintenance. It provides itemised quotes with a clear scope before work starts, and offers guidance on planning control and building regulations.
Amvico states that it has listed-building and conservation-area expertise. Its work is guaranteed for at least five years, and longer-term maintenance packages are available.
