All Done Design

All Done Group takes residential, commercial and healthcare projects from concept through construction. Residential work includes refurbishments, extensions, loft, basement and garage conversions, kitchen transformations and bathroom installations. The company also restores listed buildings and fits out restaurants, offices, shops, gyms, beauty premises and dental and medical clinics.

Each project has a dedicated project manager and a single point of contact. The company offers an initial consultation, then can coordinate design, planning, building control, specialist trades and construction. For commercial and healthcare work, it says its team manages specialist subcontractors alongside its own tradespeople.

All Done describes its approach as bespoke, with realistic timelines and costs discussed at the outset. It offers funded development partnerships in which it appraises, funds and manages a property transformation, then shares the uplift on sale with the owner. Its design-and-build offer includes an on-time, on-budget and defect-free promise, a 12-month warranty and an optional lifetime warranty.
