About AlanCo services
AlanCo Services provides plumbing, heating, drainage, roofing and property maintenance for homes and businesses across London. Its listed trades also include electrical work, locksmithing, appliance repair, joinery, flooring, painting, plastering, pest control and cleaning. The company describes itself as a family-run father-and-son business owned by Alan and Mustafa Salhi.
The site says the business has operated since 2020 on its home page and since 2018 on its about page, so its start date is not consistent. It offers 24/7 emergency call-outs, says it charges no call-out fees and advertises same-day service. It also says its trades are assigned to specialised professionals.
For larger plumbing and heating projects, it offers free estimates. The site states that its plumbers are Gas Safe registered and that the company is fully insured. Its roofing service covers repairs, replacements, flat roofs, Velux windows and guttering.

What customers say
Could not recommend any higher, they attended when they said they would to my place in Pimlico, cleared and fixed the washing machine, tidied up better than it was when they arrived.
Akam did an excellent job mounting my TV. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. The work was done perfectly, and I'm very satisfied with the result.
