AJS Ltd
Electrical, fire, security and engineering services, based in Chelmsford, Essex
About AJS Ltd
AJS provides electrical installations, repairs, testing and certification, alongside fire, security, mechanical and renewable energy services. Its stated clients include public sector organisations, social housing, commercial and retail customers; its security service also refers to private property. The company says it has delivered property services for over 30 years.
Its engineers, supervisors and contract managers are qualified for their trades. AJS says it tailors delivery to each client and considers residents when working in occupied buildings. Resident Liaison Officers keep residents informed, while a UK-based call centre supports 24/7 emergency call-outs for contracted public sector and commercial clients.
Each project and programme has a bespoke quality plan, with monitoring through completion and post-inspection. The company undertakes planned installations, responsive repairs, testing and maintenance.
