AJ Waterproofing Services
Damp proofing and basement waterproofing across London
About AJ Waterproofing Services
AJ Waterproofing Services works on damp, timber decay and structural waterproofing in residential and commercial properties. The company was established in 2004 by Nirmal Valji, who has 30 years of experience in damp control and waterproofing.
Its specialists survey properties to identify damp and its causes, then plan treatment. The company provides basement waterproofing for new and existing basements, and services, maintains, repairs or replaces sump pumps. It also treats timber rot and infestation and installs PIV fans, vents and air bricks to mitigate condensation.
The company states a 10-year guarantee on all work and a 20-year guarantee for timber treatments and damp-proof-course injections, with an optional insurance-backed guarantee. It operates across London and surrounding home counties.
