AFL Construction
Home extensions, loft conversions and renovations in London
About AFL Construction
AFL Construction carries out home extensions, loft conversions and complete renovations in London, including kitchen and bathroom projects. Established in 2011 as the construction arm of an architectural practice, it later became independent. Its team manages building, design and planning work for homeowners improving or expanding their living space.
Projects begin with a site visit or consultation and a free, detailed quotation. Customers receive a written contract and work schedule, followed by weekly progress reports. For loft conversions, the team assesses the roof and floor structure, headroom and staircase position before discussing requirements, design and estimated costs. The company says it has a defects liability period and will return to rectify issues after handover.

What customers say
Thanks for all your help, support and advice throughout the project. I know we had our issues and differences at times, but I am very grateful for all that you and your team did for us at our home. I can’t believe we’ve been there for a year now!
Highly recommended. Since the beginning of the year AFL have done a lot of work on my flat and I am incredibly pleased with the results – and genuinely enjoyed working with the team at AFL.
We are all so pleased with our new home, and delighted we chose AFL. We’ll be back for more of your special craftsmanship early in the new year.
