ACT Developments London Ltd
Residential construction and renovation across London and the Home Counties
About ACT Developments London Ltd
ACT Developments builds and renovates high-end homes across London and the Home Counties. Its work includes full-home renovations, extensions, basements, new builds and bespoke interior fit-outs, as well as smaller projects such as bathroom refurbishments and joinery.
Founded in 2012 by brothers Alister and Cameron de Wys, the company directly employs craftspeople and works with vetted suppliers. Both directors remain hands-on, supporting managers and site teams.
Projects are guided by structured plans from pre-construction and design management through installation, handover and aftercare. Site teams coordinate trades and carry out regular quality inspections. Tailored aftercare is available, with technicians familiar with each property’s systems.
