AA Plumbing & Drainage (Camden Town)

AA Plumbing provides plumbing, heating, drainage, electrical, bathroom, painting and decorating, and handyperson services. Its heating work includes boiler installation, repair and servicing, powerflushing, radiator repairs, smart thermostat installation and hot water tank replacement. It also installs heat pumps and woodburners, and works on gas cookers, ovens and hobs.

For a boiler installation, the company assesses the property and radiator requirements, recommends a suitable boiler and provides a detailed quotation. Once the quote is accepted, it agrees an installation date; its engineers fit the boiler and explain how to use it. Boiler installations carry warranties of up to 10 years, and the home page advertises a 12-month guarantee.

Woodburner work starts with a free survey and quote. The company assesses the property and the customer's requirements, then quotes for the installation. Its installers fit and commission the woodburner and explain its operation. The company also sweeps chimneys, checks their suitability, installs flue systems and undertakes related building work, including fireplace enlargements. It is Gas Safe registered and OFTEC certified, and installs oil boilers.
